Join the cause to get Congress to fully fund the National Eye Institute
When The Vision of Children was established in 1990, there was no research being conducted to understand Ocular Albinism, much less treat it. 15 years and 5 symposiums later, The Vision of Children is at the forefront of genetic vision research by supporting programs to successfully treat the vision problems associated with OA. This is largely due in part to the collaboration and commitment of our researchers around the world. In order to further these efforts, The Vision of Children Foundation hosts a World Symposium on Ocular Albinism every year. The Foundation brings together top vision and genetic eye researchers to discuss the latest discoveries and research efforts involving OA and related conditions.
