Within the past year, many of us have had to adjust our daily routines and altered recreational activities due to the COVID health crisis. Some of us have even explored new hobbies. This was especially true for VOC Advisory Board Member, Ginger Levy.
After winning a Ukulele and Lessons at a small outdoor VOC fundraiser in fall of last year, Ginger found a new love for music. Since December, Ginger has taken 8 lessons from Joel Gomez, VOC Vision Hero and Ukulele Instructor who generously donated a few lessons for our fundraising event.
Other than working with Joel, Ginger says her favorite part is learning all the new strumming patterns and chords. Ginger has already mastered the Hawaiian Christmas Song and Surfing USA.
